Thinking outside the box. Box? What box? |
"I rarely give out 5's on reviews, but in this case I really wish with there was a "6" button - it's a great product and great value. Based on the old Centuri Positioning Spring, Our RAISE Spring was custom made for us to fit a standard 1/8" Launch Rod. Our Extension Arm is a little longer than the older Centuri design. Brass Tubing is added to widen and to prevent the thin Extension Arm from catching under the newer Estes Style engine hooks. It easily slides up and down a launch rod but still holds your rocket in place. Any weight on the spring actually locks the spring coils on the rod! |
Prevent fin burn "flash-back" by raising the rocket up from the standard metal deflector. Non-conductive Ceramic prevents shorted Micro Clips. "They work well, prevent shorts and we are using them fine on both 1/8" and 3/16" rods". Based on the old MPC Ceramic Blast Deflector, our new BLAST Deflector fits a standard 1/8" launch rod. It can slso fit a 3/16" rod with a little widening of the dome hole. No other vendor carries the BLAST Ceramic Blast Deflector. It is custom made for Odd'l Rockets. |

The new CUTTER Tool makes easy work of Body Tube Cutting. Cuts tubing from 1/2" to 1.6" diameter. Great for Low Power Rocket building and rocket kit production. "Chris Michielssen just sent me a test unit of his new tube cutting tool and I'm very impressed. Very simple, very easy to use, well thought out and it produces nice clean, even cuts." Simply set the stop piece against the ruler at the length desired, lower the razor blade and turn the tube. It's that easy! Everything shown is included along with razor blades and two body tubes for practice cutting. You supply two, 3" "C" clamps to clamp to your work table. Based on the OOP CMR Tube Cutter. |

With today's stronger ejection charges, the XL EH Engine Hook eliminates the chance of tearing the engine mount tubing at ejection. The XL EH Engine Hook is 1/4" longer than a standard hook. This allows you to put a 1/4" engine block below the upper bend of the hook. At boost or ejection the engine hook is locked in place. A simple solution for low power rocketry! Requires a 3" engine mount tube & 1/4" engine block. No other vendor carries the XL EH Engine Hook. It is custom made for Odd'l Rockets. |
l Isn't it about time you moved up to a more professional looking launcher - One that doesn't have lightning bolts on the legs? l Elevate your launch platform for better viewing and easier picture taking opportunities. l Using the ADEPTOR on a tripod gives you better control of launch angles than a starter set launcher. l When you're done launching rockets, the ADEPTOR is easily removed, not effecting the tripod use with a camera. Use your existing Estes or Quest Blast Deflector. |
